Ordering and Confirmation

To place your order:
1) Contact us by phone (800-559-5105) or,
2) Send us an email with a list of the items you'd like to rent.

All items are rented for no less than one week and begin with a $25 minimum order.

After placing your order, you will receive an invoice confirming your selections. Please review it carefully to be sure that it contains all the items you will need. Don't hesitate to contact us with questions or concerns.

To complete your order, a valid credit card is required as security, regardless of the method of payment.

Payments and Fees

Payments must be made by credit card (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) and are processed upon receipt and confirmation of your invoice.

A $17.00 delivery/pick-up fee is applied to orders delivered on standard delivery days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) in Brewster, Chatham, Dennis, Eastham, Harwich, and Orleans.

A $25.00 delivery/pick-up fee will be charged for orders delivered Monday through Thursday.

Existing orders changed less than one week prior to delivery are subject to a $35.00 surcharge.

A $75.00 fee will be applied if all sheets and towel items are not stripped from beds and/or towels are not removed from bathrooms and returned to the orginal laundry bags in which they were delivered.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for linens not ready for 10:00 am pick-up and placed in a visible location outside the house, unless prior arrangements have been made.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for orders canceled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.

No refunds are given for items ordered or delivered, but not used.

All orders will include a 6.25% Massachusetts sales tax.

Delivery and Pickup

Your linens will be delivered in a white laundry bag(s), along with other requested items, to your vacation rental home.

When you receive your order, please determine that the order is complete and that sheets (top and fitted, plus pillowcases) are the correct sizes. Unless we are notified within 12 hours of delivery, a re-delivery fee of $25 will be applied for missing or damaged items.

By 10:00 am on your scheduled departure day, strip all beds and place all sheets and towels, plus the inventory form in the bag(s) provided, and leave them with any chairs/umbrellas, in a visible spot outside the house for our driver to pick them up.

If you picked up your order from a rental office, it must be returned that location by 11:00 am on your departure day. Please contact your rental agent with any questions.

A $25.00 delivery charge may apply during the off-season.


Cancellations affect us significantly. For any cancellation, we must receive ten days notice prior to your scheduled arrival date for a refund, less a $25 processing fee.
